Icon3 OMG Stupid Wheel problem! HELP????

Ok basically i have my buddies ae86 its 4 lug and one of the lugs was different from the other 3 on the back right wheel. so ive broke like 3 wheel keys on it and the last key broke off inside the hole of the wheel. and got stuck their so i cant get anything over the lug to pull it off and replace it as you can see here

ok heres a picture of a regular not messed up lug! see the space inbetween the lug and the inside of the wheel? i took it with my phone so srry if its not a great picture.

ok so after this we tried cutting out the top part but the problem was cutting into the wheel so eventually we messed around and chisled alot and beat the top of the lug off! as you can see here.

bent it grinded cut and still! the **** wont come out. all we can think of now is taking out the entire rear end and taking out the axle which will take alot of time. and it will make me have to buy new seals axle all kinda stuff and id have to cut the wheel stud off. anyone have any insite on how i can get this stupid *** lug off?!?! without doing all that work. and not cutting into the wheel i know its asking alot but just need some help.

your going to hagger the wheel up a little bit and you have no choice about that if you don't want to pull the axle and cut the stud out but if you use an air hammer with a chisel tip it will come off thats how i get them off if they are that bad or by using the large nut extractors from snap on. best of luck
