Default Help: Car Turns Off

I have a problem with my 99 Honda Civic.
It has a B18C1...

When i'm driving around with the A/C on and i'm coming to a stop, the Car's RPM's drop VERY fast and sometimes cause the car to die...

Can anyone help? I've cleaned the IACV so many times and the problem doesn't go away. Now that it is cold, the problem goes away... but when it was hot, the car would die often.

Does the condenser fan run when the A/C is on?

I have the same issue. Its because I dont have an IACV. It could be that yours is dirty, which is what is causing this.
