he's asking what in specific are you looking for? ground control's paired with koni yellows is a tried and true setup. plus, you get to choose whatever spring rates you want to run.

 

You want a full coilover or a sleeve kit and shock combo? You going to daily drive, x-cross, etc? You have a ride quality you want to obtain or does that not mater? You want to go cheap as in Ebay or do you have a budget?

hello again as i said im new to this site and im only 17 so i don't really understand that much lol so i will try explain as best as i can i have a 1994 civic eg4 im building at the min it's in the body shop. it has a shity d16 in it soon to be a b18c6 any way i want a good set of coilovers for the road and track if that is possible hope this expains it better lol thanks

 

I would imagine Bilsteins are a bit easier for you to get. Often recommended for track/street use around here are these:

ALL subject to budget and spring rates desired.

AMR
Koni/GC
Progress CS-II/CS-I
Buddy Club
PIC

And the list really goes on and on. It's going to depend on your budget. You may not be happy with the daily driving comfort of a springrate that's more suited for the track.

i dont know about that whole coilover thing with the money you gona on that i would do a nice tein setup and get control arms and other tracking control parts

 

For tein money you could get Koni/gc or AMR and be a lot happier in the end.
