That's not an Ebay header, it's custom....maybe an old prototype... It's got stepped primaries, a nice looking collector and what looks to be a megaphone extension off the collector. Looks like it would be made for a B16 or a drag B18c... any markings on the header flange?

because i want to sell it. too much for my stock ls. i'd rather go with a 4-2-1 that doesn't dump to a 3" exhaust.

It looks built for higher RPM power for sure. I'd say a well built B16 or 18 track. Have you tried dynoing it on your car yet? It might surprise you.

this good? i'll have it off the car probably friday. im having meineke weld a 3 bolt flang to some 3" pipe, and from there im going to cut a cross into it and use a muffler clamp to bring it down to like 2 5/8" so i can bolt it in place of my catalytic converter.

should work (with minimal leaks) for ~$50

It kinda looks like an older SMSP prototype.... maybe try emailing them and see if Dave (SMSP) recognizes that header. I feel like I've seen it before but just can't place it.

why not sell it as is, and get something you want - instead of butchering and ruining it?

you can get an ebay header for what you'll spend hacking that one up...

you could always ask him to clarify for you as you're trying to find out what it was made for.
