i have a f22b1. i want to build a very quick single cam. i know that they're some h22 parts that will bolt up to the f22b1. does anyone know what ALL will bolt up to the f22b1 from the h22? i know there's a intake manifold adapter plate, that it lets u bolt a h22 intake manifold onto the f22's...............anything else, like head bolts, rods, pistons???????? thanks.

 

h22 intake mani is junk. it has iabs. look into bisimotos build to get an idea how to do a nice single cam.

You can remove the balance belt to free up some power with little to no side effects

Bolting up H22 parts to an F22 is retarded. You will never make any significant power in those motors unless you build up the bottom end for high compression, or use forced induction.

You can turbo the stock bottom end to around 6-8 psi of boost and make 200-250 hp.
