ecu code question. 1 long flash then 5 short flashes???

ecu code question. 1 long flash then 5 short flashes???
I have an 88 hatch with b16a. Have been driving the car for a week now. Brought it in and cleaned it up and put new cap and rotor on it. and the car won't start now. the ecu is flashing one long then 5 short pulses. Does this mean code 15, or 6. I really don't know the long pulse threw me off. any help would be great.

checked the ignitor wire on the dizzy and i pinched it when i put on the dizzy cap.
