99 civic si paint
Unless I'm reading it wrong in the paint and body FAQ it's have the paint code list and it says
1999 Civic
Super Sonic Blue Pearl Clearcoat B-90P
Electron Blue Pearl Clearcoat B-95P
2000 civic
Electron Blue Pearl Clearcoat B-95P
1999 Civic
Super Sonic Blue Pearl Clearcoat B-90P
Electron Blue Pearl Clearcoat B-95P
2000 civic
Electron Blue Pearl Clearcoat B-95P
the tones used to make the paint is what's different between the 2 colors. EBP is lighter than SSBP. Most if not all of the civic Si's in those years here in the US were painted EBP
to my knowledge
electron blue pearl was the civic SI
and super sonic blue pearl was from the GSR.
hence why one is 90 and the other is 95. different codes. but i dont know if the civic SI utilized both in 1999.

1999-2000 Honda Civic Si coupes in the US came in only three colors:
- Milano Red
- Flamenco Black Pearl (aka. Starlight Black Pearl)
- Electron Blue Pearl
The only other color mentioned in the parts catalog for the Si is Roma Red for a few accessories, but it was a hatchback only color. Never actually seen an Si in that color and I honestly doubt it exists.
Super Sonic Blue Pearl did not come on any US Civics. It was on overseas Civics, such as in Europe, though.
This thread will show the differences between all the '96-'00 Civic colors available in the world (at least the ones I've found so far; some pics are hard to find):

I'm particuarly interested in the 1996-2000 Civics, so these are the colors I've actually found proof of IN HONDA LITERATURE came on these Civics. I've seen a lot of lists that seem to mix things up, often because their information is from a source not related to Honda, such as PaintScratch.com.

Another reference is http://www.touchuppaintonline.com/Honda/Civic, not sure how good they are, but I found my color code there. Best thing is to look at your VIN plate or call the dealer with your VIN to get a look up.

If the OP doesn't have a blue Civic Si then it might be difficult for him to check a door jamb sticker.
