You have three codes: 7, 10, and 41.

Give us some information about your car.

The CEL codes could indicate sensor, wire, or ECU problems. You know why code 10 is thrown, but some tests may be necessary to sort out the others.

Its a 97 civic ex with an obd2 b18b1 swap running a obd1 ls ecu.. In july, before I moved, i changed the water pump, timing belt, rear and front seals, head gasket, oil pan gasket was changed as well as the head being completely re-done.

the o2 sensor is plugged up with an extension cable purchased from password jdm

Then the car started to idle real low, so I pulled off the Throttle body and IACV and cleaned them, the idle has improved but occasionally falls low then idle normal.

Also i changed the ignitor and coil in the dizzy, but the car wont idle normal if the dizzy isnt retarded..

Sorry for being all over the place

Check whether 7.5A dash fuse 15 is blown and whether the TPS connector gets 5 reference volts from the ECU.

Are all three TPS wires properly pinned to the ECU? Same for the O2 sensor.
