Default Distributor Question

Ok here it is.. 1991 honda civic hatch std.. OBD0 with d16y5 running dpfi.. my distributor just took a dump i have a OBD2 distributor lying around.. my question is can i use this on OBD0 i know that obd2 and obd1 can be swapped... i thought i remembered something about the crank position teeth number being different between obd2 and obd0.. if this is the case it would not work with my pm6.. can someone shed some light on this for me?

Unless it seized, you might be able to swap some internals over. I've frankenstein'd a couple of them with D & B parts for an EF.
