I have a 97 del sol with a d16y8 that just got a rod knock. before i got my gsr in my civic hb, i had a turbo d16z6 that also had a rod knock so that engine is just sitting. i need to know if this is fixibale, and how much it would cost me and where should i take it around bel air, md. or would it be cheaper and faster to get a b16 or 18 and throw it in? keep in mind this is my daily driver. thanks guys

 

I had rod knock in my da integra after i left work one night. all i did was yank off the oil pan and change them. worked fine after. its simple to change. and like 40 bucks maybe. jus an opinion
