I have a 1990 civic si. B16a swaped. well every time i turn my lights on my head lights come one but my cluster and my tails lights dont work. just started this any help. please

 

Fuses are all good along with all the baulbs

 

any money it is your DTRL fuse day time running lights happened on my buddys truck

 

where is that located

 

THis is definitely the fuse under the dash. I forget which number it is exactly. Mine blew out but also melted the connector so putting a new fuse in didn't fix it. I had to replace the entire fuse holder.

Mine blew out at night on the highway, followed by a swarm of police

 

it could also be a bad headlight & turn signal stalk (combination switch)

or associated wiring.

 

i seem to think its the wiring by the switch you twist to turn the lights on cuz sometimes it works then it dont and its so hard to twist any more

 

BINGO!!! have had this issue on way to many Civics. Both my EG and EF have been replaced at least once.

 

but where is that located

 

thats the same assemby youre talking about, that you "twist to turn the lights on"
