Default what's the going price for an ITR spoon cluster?

Like the title states, what's the going rate for spoon clusters. This specific one has 6k on the odometer and is in mint condition. A friend of mine wants what I feel is a ridiculous amount for it, but if it's a good deal I shouldn't pass it up.

Thanks for any help..

That's way too much. I've seen EK9 Spoon clusters sell close to that, not a DC2.

6k on the odo, $900-1000. It isn't brand new in Spoon wrapper.

Keep your opinions to yourselves guys. How is $1000 for a cluster any different than $2500 for Mugen wheels... when Rotas or stock get the job done just as well. Some people prefer rare parts on their cars, and some don't. It's all preference and opinion, and now we know yours.

I'm sure there are parts on your car I think are a "waste of money".

Because Mugen wheels are a strong forged 11lbs/piece and rotas are a soft cast 14lbs/piece and subject to cracking and shattering.

There is a huge difference between hard-parking clusters and wheels that can actually give you a performance (and safety) edge.

I can't believe I actually had to explain that...

kind of but you can get light wheels for a lot less than 2500. rpf1's are what? 800 a set? ish.

cluster is a show piece though, as are spoon wheels

cheapest i've seen a spoon cluster sell is $800

nothing says steal me quite like one, thieves all know what they are worth and how fast they come out

rpf1's are light, but they are still cast and not as strong as a properly designed forged wheel. Especially when you get to larger sizes (17"-18"+).

And Spoon wheels are too damn ugly to be show wheels.

you know what thing thing is about cast vs forged wheels. forged wheels bend, cast wheels often break. if you smack one, all wheels get screwed up.

I am not sure where you got 2500 for track wheels from?? I dont live on that side of the US "bro".. I got mine for MUCH less.

Why? since you asked: They fit the car, are close to stock size, are 1/2 the weight, all while maintaining a great resale value.

You sir need to stop being so critical of others and instead take a second to think and calm yourself...

Besides, wernt these wheels intended for track use in the first place?? They are also a nice flat black and hide brake dust well
