reason y it doesnt start?

 

dont know why it dont start just bought it and had it towed next to my garage and am already hearing it bout i cant keep the car there and i need to get rid of it so just trying to get rid of it car is by 13th oklahoma southside of milwaukee pm me your number and ill text anyone that wants to see it

 

one side has no rust other is not bad at all for a ef its burgundy with a black front but over all the car is clean i think it has the whole prelude harness and gauge cluster but basicly stock except swap
