Hard to suggest when we don't know the goals of the car. What is the purpose of the car? (please, no E.Ts, or something general as "as fast as possible with little budget".) these answers will not net you anything..

The more specific you are, the better we can all help.

1. Use the stock valves. Aftermarket valves have basically ZERO advantage, in most cases perform worse.

2. Unless we get a setup IE: pistons/rods/crank/block and any machine work done its hard to determine what cams will run best with your setup. Compression ratios play a huge role.

3. Do you have the P30 intake and TB? If so dont worry about the ITR IM/TB, save money for later. The P30 has the best all around performance for a DD and occasional strip car. The ITR only beats it above 8200 or so.

4. you should not need a fuel rail or injectors. I doubt more then 200whp is going to be made.

Should be a P30 IM/TB. the stock compression is 10.2:1. Ill get back about the cams in a bit let me do some looking around at numbers.

Skunk2 tuner 1's, blox type a's or CTR/ITR cams would probably be the best choice for your application.

Which would you choose out of those? Obviously can't go wrong with the Honda ones but if I did skunk2 or blox which is more dependable?

Skunk2 has great customer service and great R&D of their products. Blox is a "copy" company who waits for real companies to produce and test products then steal the designs and produce them in a chinese slavehouse for half the cost. I would run the Skunks simply for warranty and customer service.
