Icon3 EDIT:Problem Solved!! 93 Civic CX HB w/D16Z6 ECU question & need help with Code 43

Hey guys, I am honestly stumped right now. I recently got a new shell(93 Civic CX Hatch) and pulled my motor(D16Z6) from the old one(92 Civic CX Hatch), I got the swap done in about 9 hours(personal best), the guy I bought it from made a separate harness for the 4 wire O2 sensor and the VTEC oil pressure switch, The only wire I had to run was for the VTEC solenoid. OK thats the relevant info now on to the problem, I am currently on week 3 with the car, for the first 2 weeks I was throwing a single code(21) because I didn't have the solenoid wired in, I wired that in a week ago, THE DAY I wired in the solenoid I got about 20 miles up the road and threw a CEL, stopped the car and jumped the plug and got codes 1,6,43 so I checked my O2 sensor, checked my radiator and made sure my fuel pump was priming the line. Cleared the codes and it started right up with no light, ran for about 10 min on the highway and threw a CEL again. I get to the parts store and read the code(only 43 this time), replace the O2 sensor with a Bosch OEM fit unit, clear the code, again I get about 10 min down the highway & throw a CEL. For the last week this is what happens, it runs fine but keeps throwing code 43 at me, I have now replaced the O2 & the fuel filter(I only use Premium fuel) & also put Lucas Oil injector cleaner in(about once a month). I AM STUMPED, I was reading a lot of posts on here about code 43 and tried almost all of them, I need advice.
I do run a converted P06(P28) with a chip in it, what I was thinking is maybe I pull the chip and see if the map on it was causing the problem, is this safe to do(I have no money for a new ECU)?
Should I adjust my valves?
Should I wire the O2 into the cars harness instead of his(HOW?)?
Any advice is appreciated, I need to get this fixed today, I have wasted a week on it already. Pics of my ECU and chip are attached, I know the sticker says its for an auto but it was converted to a manual(the ecu).
If anyone is kind enough to help me talk this out(always helps :-) ) PM me and I will send you my cell # THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS!

Sorry stepped outside. They are in their own little harness(everything soldered and shrinked) running through the firewall into the ecu, the white wires ar the ones he ran, 4 for the O2 and one for the VTEC oil pressure switch.

are your o2 wires pinned into the ecu or back probed in?

it seems proper, but just to make sure check the wires from begining to end. look for broken connections and/or loose wires, things get pinched or pulled out sometimes.

ok, so I am going to go outside and de-pin all of the wires he ran and take his harness apart to check it all, I would like to run the o2 through the factory harness if its possible.
Is there a write up on running a 4 wire into a CX chassis harness? I have the Si engine harness that came with my D16Z6 but have the stock CX harness at the shock tower back.

Thanks, I hope this fixes it. I noticed something odd when I replaced the O2 sensor, I used a powered continuity tester(shows continuity as well as voltage readings), I tested the o2 plug on the engine harness AND the separate one, the pin layout is as follows looking at the plug with the clip up.

pin 1 _ _ pin 2
pin 3 _ _ pin 4

on the stock harness plug I get power through pin 4 like I should & continuity only on pin 1
on his harness plug I get power through pin 4 & continuity only on pin 2
Does this mean the wires on his harness are backwards? Could that be the problem?

YAY!!! I FIGURED IT OUT! Well...I hope so...so far so good! Ok, so what I did was de-pin the o2 plug that he installed on the separate harness and hit both ends of each of the individual wires to check for continuity, it turns out he had the white wire grounded to pin D22(sensor ground) and the green/white wire pinned to D14(I am assuming d14 carries the o2 signal), those two backwards is what screwed me up! I have to drive 63 miles tonight so that will be the real test.
I just want to say; as a word of caution; that no one is infallible so never make assumptions. The guy I bought this shell from is knowledgeable, involved in the Honda scene for years, and just plain smart; I made the assumption that there was no way he would have made that simple mistake(thought of it a couple days ago) and that was my mistake. We are all human and we all screw up, never assume and always check everything!
Oh, A BIG THANKS TO foo fighters FOR HELPING ME GET MY THOUGHTS STRAIGHT!
