Help!! I have a 2001 CRV that will not start. I drove it to the location where it currently rests and it was running fine. I turned it off and about 1 hour later tried to crank it... No spark. I checked all fuses, relays, and even pulled the back-up radio fuse for 10 minutes, still no spark. From reading other threads it appeared that it may be the ignition control module. I bought a new module and installed it. Still no spark. The fuel pressure is seems to be strong so I know the fuel pump is not being cutoff. Does anyone know if the inertia switches could cause the loss of spark and still have proper fuel pump operation. I checked the resistances across primary and secondary coils and it appears to be within spec. Can anyone give me advice??

 

Check the ignition coil in the distributor, I think you can get it checked at any auto parts store

 

check dizzy,coil, cap, rotor, spark plug wires, spark plug
