here is my current set up.

d16z6 head
d15b7 block
hollow out cat (i heard that was stupid to do)
2.5in cat back exhaust
4-2-1 headers.

what could i do to do like a "tune up" or tune the car to the modification i just did. I know there is more power i can squezze out.

also i want tourqe. what could i do to obtain more. would transmission be my best bet??

A "tune" and "tune-up" are 2 different things.

 

what car is it in Year/Make/Model? What ECU? What transmission?

 

as far as tuning you can:

-mess with the timing on your distributor -don't recommend.

-buy cam gears and have them dialed in nicely...

-take your car/or just your ecu, to a place/person that tunes them.
