Default H3 Fog Light HID Conversion?

I have some cheapo fog lights i got from Autozone, and i wanted to make then HID. i have a few problems though.

A.) the H3 bulb is the one that the power is connected into the bulb and the ground gets screwed in when the bulb is mounted in place. They dont make HID bulbs like that so im not sure if it will fit. i believe they call it the H3c bulb?

B.) The power is run straight off the battery through a switch in my car then to the lights. Im Running 130watt bulbs and am having no heat issues.

So i guess my question to the HID experts is, If i were to get a H3 HID kit, and ran a Harness that draws straight from the battery to the HID kit, would this work, or is it more complicated than that?

Thanks For The Help.

First, re-wire your setup; use a relay and a fuse.

^^^ this. Full current through the switch is a great way to melt/burn out the switch. I've seen it happen numerous times.
