What is the born date, how often did you wear it, any drops, scratches, how much was the original purchase and how often do you clean it. Many factors to what the worth is, ultimately it is what you think it's worth and willing to except from buyers. Just from the looks of it, I'd say 200-250 range.

 

If it wasn't a XL, I would have considered buying it.

 

 

I should have mentioned that those pics are not mine. My helmet is a medium with a Iridium Shield. Only worn a handful of times because I have a couple different helmets. Never dropped and always cleaned after every ride. Here's a actual pic that I didn't post because It's not very good.

 

ive owned a few suomys and they are quite pricey and you have a desireable design. take the linings out and wash them really good and if there arent any noticeable scratches, no cracks, windscreen is still clear, no pits from bugs or rocks, and the button on the chin strap isnt broken you can easily pull $350 for this helmet, maybe even 4 to someone thats actually looking for one because thats a good $150 to $200 less than new

 

I like being visible on bike & all... but I think I will stick with reflective tape on helmet.

 

cool helmet, but used helmets, no matter how clean or safe the previous owner was, is something I could never do.

Why is that? Because you just don't trust if the previous owner had dropped it or not? Or just because it was worn by someone else? All the padding on the inside can be washed and or replaced.

 

suomy helmets like that go for 700 - 900 new

id say 400 if u wanna sell it quick and prolly start around 500 but wait til spring

 

Jstn, basically, because theres no certain history of care and also helmets do tend to mould somewhat to the person, kinda like a shoe to a persons foot.

 

if he hadnt of worn it id say 500 all day, but since its used it does take away from the value

and thats the good thing about these helmets, the linings can be taken out, washed, and dryed. and with a helmet this new itll be fresh again

 

the only thing thats hurting you is the size, not many 8th graders out there looking to buy a helmet

 

8th graders? I wear a medium helmet too and I'm 30. I'm sorta between an M and L, so I went with the smaller one, as the L had lift on highway speed.

I love the design on it, but I agree with the not buying a used helmet.
I wear a small. I'm only 19 but I won't be growing anymore anyway so looks like I'll be in a small when I'm 30 too.

 

I like that Gambler helmet you should try posting it on craigslist in in tw. right now what city u stay in im out of arcadia and isntthat an xl i need a medium hit me up if its that size.

I think around 275 is good. It's the Suomy Spec1R Extremes that are the really expensive ones.

 

It will be cost around 25 Euros.
