A solid LED on the ECU means it is bad.

You do not need OBD0 injectors to run OBD0. You can run the OBD1 injectors without a resistor box.

Check out this write up and see if it helps you out...

If you run OBD1 injectors do you have to fully convert to OBD1 and run a p28 ecu?

Your two wires you ran from C1 connects to the blue/green stripe wire on the SI plug
C2 connects to the blue/yellow stripe on the si plug.

The others should match up but let me double check everything

**** Ok so this is what I got

SI Plug-------------------------LX HARNESS

BLUE/GREEN--------------------C1 FROM ECU
BLUE/YELLOW------------------C2 FROM ECU
WHITE-------------------------WHATEVER THE WIRE IS AT B10
ORANGE------------------------WHATEVER THE WIRE IS AT B12
WHITE/BLUE--------------------WHATEVER THE WIRE IS AT C3
ORANGE/BLUE-------------------WHATEVER THE WIRE IS AT C4

Is there a seventh wire????

The colors dont match up exactly but if you know what each one does its pretty easy

no you dont have to convert to obd1. you just dont have run a resistor box when you wiring up your injectors. it has something to do wit the high or low impendence of the injectors.

You dont have to convert to OBD1 to use OBD1 injectors. Just soder the four injector wires going to the resistor box directly to the wire coming from pin A15. Yellow/black wire. Color match the distributor wires. -Later, BR

ok so you have a bad ecu not a total big deal. I think that is what messed my up when i tried to do it. Im going to try and do a complete write up with the write colors but im not doing it right away.

*** I looked this morning on the SI harness i pulled last night off my extra motor. I do have all the colors but they are really hard to tell exactly what colors they were. But if the plug is still attached i will tell you which one is which.

Ok did you move C1 and C2 to B10 and B12 respectively. If so go back and write down what color is at C1, C2, C3, C4, B10, B12 and tell me so i can tell you what to solder together.

Yes very much so....... The 5 original wires are wrapped if you look at them 4 of them are bundled together and the one white wire is separate. Its also the bigger white wire that goes to the top white wire on the dizzy plug.
