Default car is dying

ok i have a 1990 acura integra LS, CAI and cat back exhaust
i just installed a msd 6al ignition, modified dist. cap, rotor, blaster SS coil, and accel plug wires, the day before i relocated my battery to the inside of my car
i used 4 guage amp wire for the + terminal and 6 guage amp wire for the ground it ran great all day
here is my problem the first time i drove it yesterday it ran perfect until i had to wait at a stop light for about 2 minutes then is missed and died. i had itt towed home and now when i start it up it runs fine from about 2-4 minutes while ideling, after that it will hesitate and then die, happens every time, i have checked all the grounds and they seem to be fine. help

Hmm.. So you decided to screw up your car huh?? Let's see.. You moved your battery from the engine bay to, let's say your backseat. I don't know, you didn't specify. Ok, but let's see.. you used a 4 gauge wire for the positive terminal and used 6 gauge wire for the negative terminal. Hmm, first of all.. Did you leave the fusible link connected to the positive battery terminal and did you extend off the wire connecting to the fusible link? If not, you better go do it or else you'll have a big fire in your car. Second, you should've used the same gauge wire for the positive and negative terminals. Third, where did you ground the negative terminal? To the chassis or frame??>. If you did, you better go and change it. You're suppose to ground it to the engine block first.. Because did you know that after the power goes to the starter it has to ground to the engine block and then to the chassis..?.. Hope this helps.. Don't mean to sound mean or anything.. It's just that you should've asked before attempting something like that.. Especially if you're not an electrical expert, which neither one of us are..

ok i admit grounding the batt with 6 guage wire was dumb i replaced it with 2 guage battery cable yesturday, but that is not the problem. the battery is fine where it is. i removed the ignition box today and put in place the stock coil and dist. cap. now the car runs perfect and does not die my question was directed tword the ignition system. has anyone installed an MSD 6A or 6AL on their integra?
please reply if you have

thanx
