Advice to upgrade valvetrain

Advice to upgrade valvetrain
i got a gsr motor and planning to work my head. I was thinking about going ITR valves, with either with itr/blox valvespring & retainers..n imma be running on ITR cams, mayb. Is this an ok upgrade for low budget?Are there gnna be any cons?
