Came out of my 01 teg. Stock b18c. What do you think?

Thats a fidanza flywheel wich has the replacable surface. Just buy a new rubbing surface for like 40bucks and take the old one of and putt the new on on. Done

Late bump but is it too far gone to be able to resurface and reuse?

use loctite on the screws when you put it back together you dont want it to come out in the middle of driving

There you go. $40 for a new friction surface is cheaper than getting a machine shop to turn an old flywheel anyway. Also I don't think that one can be turned, everytime the cutterhead on the lathe hits one of the recessed holes it'll chip the tip.
