GSR swaybar and endlink question
Should the endlinks for the GSR sway bar be on the outside or inside of the swaybar? this website has different pics, the 2nd pic has the endlink on the inside of the sway bar while the 5th pic has it on the outside, which one is the proper one?

OEM GSR rear sway bar end links do not look like that. GSR rear bar end links capture the end of the swaybar on both sides, with a bolt going through the sway bar end bushing.
I believe you should be asking how 96-00 Civic rear sway bar end links should be oriented.
This diagram of a 99-00 Si coupe rear suspension shows the end links on the outside of the bar.

But my sway bar is from a GSR (at least thats what the seller said it was from) and I've read that the sway bar does fit a civic with Si endlinks, what I'm not completely sure about though is which endlink I'm missing (driver's or passenger's) because I have to identical ones

You just need to measure the distance between your end link mount holes in the LCA's and compare that to the distance between the sway bar ends. If the sway bar is less, the end links have to go on the outside as shown in your pic above.
Most likely that is a pass. side mount, and you need a driver side one. Luckily the driver side one is actually cheaper at about $41 from www.hondaauotmotiveparts.com
