my friend has a 97 honda civic ex completely stock, and the problem is his head lights dont work!!! he turns the crusers on and they turn on, then he flips the switch to turn on the ead lights and nothing, but when he pulls the switch back the high beam lights work!!! Idk, help....... Thanks!!! we also checked all of the fuses and lightbulbs...

 

Does it have HID's? Have you looked at the wires?

Also, did you test the fuses with a multi meter? The fuse can appear to good, and actually be bad.
