Default ECU codes:1,41,65 are these related to my 0-2 sensor

I have a 2001 Nighthawk Black Pearl Integra Type R.I am running a jdm 4-1 header with 0-2 installed,T1R test pipe with no O-2 bung, and 2.5 T1r catback. I am running a 3in Samco intake tube,Bpi Velocity stack, and K&N filter. It hasn't been tuned or anything. 90,000 miles on the motor.I recently replaced my Spark Plugs and Cap and rotor.

My secondary o-2 sensor is unplugged since I didn't know where to put it. Do you think its causing these codes?
The codes are as follow:
1: Oxygen Content
41-2 Sensor Heater
65:Secondary O-2 Sensor Circuit

I feel like it isnt completing the circuit or being heated since it isnt screwed in the exhaust flow. I have no idea if it would help clear the Oxygen Content Code.
I really appreciate all the help,I have to pass an emissions test before 1/26/2010 so I am trying to figure this out asap. And my gas mileage is terrible and im burning a little more oil then normal ever since i put on the I/H/E and pulled the O-2 sensor. Thanks Again

Weld an o2 bung onto your test pipe and hook it back up. Sounds like the ecu is just looking for that secondary sensor and it's not there.
Another option would be to just pickup a high flow cat with an o2 bung and bolt that up, It should correct the cel problem and help you pass emissions.
I am not sure about the smog regulations in Md but in Ca a test pipe would never fly, not even with the o2 sensor hooked up.

Convert to OBD1

Do I just need an obd1 ecu and jumper harness?or do I need a distributor also?

Most states require the obd2 port under the dash for smog purposes. Converting to obd1 will disable this and in most cases will fail you for smog inspections.
Converting to obd1 with your setup would be the better option for tuning purposes, but not for trying to pass smog.

Alright thanks alot.I think I'm going to purchase a magnaflow cat just so I don't have to worry about this again . Will it negatively affect performance? Changing to a 2.5 magnaflow cat over a test pipe ?

You probably won't even notice the difference, other that the magnaflow cat should quiet you exhaust a bit.
