i drive a 98 Cr-v 2wheel drive 100% stock haven't messed with any wires or anything of that nature but i was pulled over yesterday for my taillight being shot so i looked at the fuse and it was shot so i replaced it about 5 min after it was in it shot again so now im thinking its a relay.

so my question is where is the tail light relay in a 98 crv? that includes brakes reverse the works?

(my bulbs are new as well with no corrosion)
