weird electrical problem

weird electrical problem
i have accidently shorted 2 wires together and now the parking lights dont work now. i ahve checked all the fuses with a fuse tester light and all is good. now i am stuck and dont know what else i need to check. any help would be nice. thanks

k fixed it...looking at a helm's guide online, it went back to the tail light and plates light. fuse looked good and tested good but was bad
