Ok I recently replaced the heater core in my hatch, I put everything back together but the cd player is not powering on, The cig. lighter works , The fuse under the dash is good I tested it , The BACK UP fuse under the hood is also good, Fuse in the back of the head unit is good as well. Any ideas?

I dont think so , It isnt hacked up back there , its wired right into a plug and play harness , from what I remember it was never grounded to the car it just went into the factory harness
My 92 did the same thing. Put in another ground for the stereo, unless someone can tell us the location of the ground in the chassis. Mine did it after a paint job. Nothing was touched inside the car just quit working. Thought the stereo went bad. Replaced it same thing, added new ground, BAMO fixed!!
