Default lazy/erratic wiper fix

Windshield wiper travels too far and off the window on the up stroke and doesn't come down far enough on the down stroke. Just fixed this on my wife’s 94 ex yesterday and it was pretty straight forward.
If there's any interest, I can put together a how-to.

All you do is loosen the nut for the wiper and move it down a little.

Pretty self explanatory if you ask me?

No that never worked for us.
I'm refering to actually pulling out the wiper assembly and changing the bushings and rods what wear out and allow the extra play.

Yep, there is a plastic bushing on the wiper that you can replace to remove any free play

I didn't take any pictures, but it’s pretty straight forward. What wears out is the fittings on the ends of #11 and #12.
DISCLAIMER: I’m not responsible for any injuries, malfunctions, etc, etc. this is just a guide, if you mess something up it’s on you, not me. Use your head. Ok good, here we go.

1. Take off your windshield wiper arms
2. Remove the 7 anchor clips on the cowl (the black plastic piece under the windshield wiper arms). They will have fittings for phillips head screwdriver. Remove the screw portion and pull out the other piece.
3. On the bottom of the cowl (closest to the engine bay), pull back the rubber hood seal and pop out the 6 clips here.
4. The cowl should be loose but takes some maneuvering to remove. i pulled mine out between the hood and windshield, not through the engine bay.
5. Remove the three bolts holding the wiper assembly on.
6. Follow the wires and find the plug for the wiper assembly and unplug it (may have to remove some clips and unbolt another part to accomplish this). This plug and the grommet it runs through will end up being fed through the fire wall while your pulling out the assembly.
7. The whole assembly then needs to be slide towards the passenger side to remove it from the anchor it’s floating on.
8. Wiggle the whole assembly out, again this takes some maneuvering.
9. Pop the rod(s) off and replace with the new ones. Re-grease the fittings if you need to
10. maneuver the assembly back in, making sure it slides back onto the anchor, bolt it back in, re-run the wires through the fire wall, secure the grommet and any parts you had to move to get to the clip, maneuver the cowl back on, pop the clips back in, set the wiper arms back to the correct position and test everything out.
It might be a good idea to order a few extra plastic clips as they break very easily, #31 and #33 in this link -http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...y5=ENGINE+HOOD Otherwise be very careful removing them use an actual clip pulling tool, not just a flat head screw driver.
