Default Noob needs help with motor id

Hey guys- I bought a sandrail (dune buggy) and the Honda motor size was unknown by the owner. I am a big block boat engine guy and the the only id # I can find on this motor is stamped next to the tranny. The number is eki-3033137. Can anyone decipher the size/approximate year of the motor based on this number?
The motor has a side draft weber carb and a rayjay turbo drawing air through it (old school set up).
Thanks for the help/advice!

Also- it is realistic to be able to find a used EFI motor for around $400 in case I need to swap this out. I am in the Dallas area and don't even know where to start.
