Do you have a swaybar?

If you don't get that first.

1/2 the people you ask will tell you chassis reinforcement bars don't do anything. And if you're buying one megan racing isn't a rolling force of engineering accomplishment.

If you have to get one get whichever one impedes the function of your car the least.

I think you should get subframe reinforcement and a ITR rear sway bar first

Yea like the guys said already def get a sub frame brace with a sway bar.. Look at ASR they make a really nice sub frame brace and I think they sell a combo deal with a sway bar.

What everyone else has been saying.

A rear sway bar helps eliminate understeer. The subframe brace will keep the sway bar from damaging your sub frame.

A rear sway bar will make a "huge" difference in performance. Also, by using a subframe brace along with it, the rear end is strengthened much more than any bar, as well as prevents any chance of a tear out due to greater stress running a larger rear bar

All the above is true but you also got to consider price. A brace reinforcement and sway bar is not really cheap.

Progress auto sells a 22mm rear swaybar that doesn't require a reinforcement brace. The kit comes with reinforced mounting equipment to prevent tearout.

I've got their swaybar kit sitting in my living room waiting to go on

I've asked them several times about a reinforcement kit for it, and every time they say not only is it not needed with their bar, but most Tie bars/ASR kits wont fit with their hardware.

I paid $300 for the above setup, not a bad price, i do not consider that expensive.

My other EK i went used with a SSR or M-Factory style 19mm sway w/brackets...total cost $40....there are many options if you just use your head a little
