Quick question... is it even worth trying to upgrade the F23a1 Engine? or swapping it out?

I drive a 2001 honda accord coupe ex... and for some reason i cant go past 4k RPM's in second gear.. i lose pressure? for some reason... and only in that gear lol

Im a car Noobie haha

the 4k rev limit is probably the ecu in closed loop mode?

are you sure its only in that gear? auto or manual?

 

i think you mean limp mode. that's my vote too.

OP: is the CEL on? what's the mileage? is everything stock/original? how does the car feel up to red line in the other gears?

 

Heh... 120k Miles on it.. just hit it ><...

And it pulls hard in other gears to 5k... havent gone past 5k haha

Whats better? and H22? or J32? maybe a higher J Engine?
