Time to sell my Civic...needs some minor work (some of which I have parts for)

ORIGINAL Si, D16A6 (all stock) with 5 speed (stock other than Buddy Club short shifter)
Tahitian Green
140k ish miles
Interior is perfect
Has Pioneer DEH 1900 head unit, Buddy Club shift **** (have the stock one)
Small amounts of rust
All the gauges but the speedo, the blinkers, and the clock stopped working. I'm 99% sure the reason behind this is simply a bad ground

J's Racing N1 Coil-overs (Stock is also included)

NEW MAINTENANCE PARTS:
Plug wires
Brembo Disks
Hawk HPS pads

NEEDS:
New Bushings (have Energy Poly Kit)
New Front lower ball joints
Alignment

This car is a great runner, and in my opinion a GREAT deal
