interestingly the B series is the swapper of choice in the 3rd gens it would seeeeemmmmmmm.

Forget about it. Get a 1990-1997 accord (4G or 5G) if you want to stick with the accords... or else there is a world of stupid ideas out there!!!!

 

that guy who comes in here with the B16A in his 3G is running in the high 13's..

its not that its a bad idea.. its just that you have no clue of the motor mount fuckery involved etc.

I think that you could swap in a B18B quite easily, and you would notice a good increase in power.

 

I thin a 3Gee w/B20+B16A head =

 

CR-VTEC's are nice too.

 

b18b huh? hm... thats a good point but, wouldnt' a teg engine be costly? 142 hp is alright for me but if im going to dish out a lot of cash maybe buying rsx-s is better? unless you can hook it up? haha

. i got an 86 3rd gen hatchback. im gonna do a b18c1 swap so if u wanna get some mounts to do a b-series engine swap place racing has them. they cost $640.00. ur also gonna need a wiring harness which is $310.00
