I have this head lying around and wanted to know if it's repairable. Do you think the machine shop could weld material on the camber and machine it to specs.

he could've broken a retainer and dropped a valve into the combustion chamber.
foreign material in the combustion chamber = UGLY = $$

I doubt it's worth fixing.

B16 heads are cheap and plentiful.

A dropped valve. Anything can be repaired with enough money. I have a friend that had one that looked like that repaired, I cant tell if theres any holes into the coolant jacket thought. He had it repaired and then the first pass at the track he did it again .

yeah it could probably be welded.

I'd sell it for ($50?) to someone who could would do this for fun .... it's probably not worth it.
