Default Blown Coilovers?

I have a set of F&F Type 1 coilovers and I've been using them on my daily for about a year now. I'm curious to know if they are blown or if it's something else. Basically, it sounds like there are golf ***** in my rear quarter panels whenever I go over a bump. I drive a '96 Civic hatch if that matters. Anyone?

Did you check to see if all the bolts were tight?

Yes, I've checked the bolts and they are all tight. I've checked the whole coilover itself and I don't seen any leakage.

Bushings?

Is there something inside the car thats rattling? My spare bounches up and down all the time, and makes a lot of noise.

I think it might be the LCA bushings. I'm not really sure. I didn't get a chance to look at that. If it is the bushings, what should I be looking for? Rips or tears pretty much? Also, the trunk is completely empty. Spare is gone along with the jack & other tools.

Yea, rips or anything that just doesnt look normall. if you arent sure, post a pic. There are plenty of pro's on here that can answer it for you.

My has it's little rattles here and there, most of which I am sure is coming from the 12yr old,200k+, torn *** bushings.

Jack up your car and take a good look at all the bushings and bolts. Suspension like that is typically visible provided it's not a blown shock.

Before I check, if my bushings are shot/have rips, which ones would be a good replacement? If they aren't, would it just be blown shocks? I'll try to get some pics asap too.

Hardrace rubber bushings will be the closest to OEM and last longer than poly bushings.
