Check the rear suspension for anything loose or any play in the components, bushings, ball joints, etc.
I personally would ditch the rear camber kit and go back to stock. Get the toe adjusted via 4-wheel alignment and you'll be good.

I checked the rear camber kit and i realized that one on the left side the bolt comes out of camber kit is loosing.which i tried to point in pic.so it doesn't really hold the spindle arm strong enough. it doesn't get tight no more with spindle arm.I think it is broken.I tried to tight it up by holding the camber kit's bolt with pliers and tried to compressed with compressor gun for now.I think i have to get new camber kit for rears.
if i use the old stock kit like u said how i will be able to adjust them because stock one is not adjustable.

if your looking add positive camber on a stock arm than you can do the washer trick

add as many washers (within reason) as you feel you need to get desired camber...you can get away with about 2 washers on your stock bolts

I see, didn't click the link and I ASSumed you were referring to a Civic/Integra.
OP I would seriously consider NOT using a camber kit. Most of the times they just cause more problems than they solve.

All the way out? That would give you positive camber and would most definitely NOT be cool, as well as very unsafe.
Camber kits really don't save any tire wear since toe is what typically wears out tires on lowered cars. Just stick with OE parts and leave the negative camber where it's at, get a 4-wheel alignment to correct any toe issues, and leave it at that.
