Rear Brakes [Drums] locking up
Brakes were something to be desired so..
I Recently rebuilt my front and rear brakes.
Rebuild included: new pads and rotors for the front along with dis assembly of the calipers regreased guides..etc.
Rears got new wheel cylinders, drums and shoes and then all were bled.
All came out good except that my pass rear wheel is Very hard to turn, after my test run of the brakes the pass rear was smoking and the drum was dis-colored.
Any ideas ?

Brake is adjusted too tight on that wheel, back of the adjuster a little, drum is probably out of round now though from being heated that bad.
