what ngk spark plugs are better

Don't get OEM it's like $13 per plug. Just stop by autozone and get the NGK 4 for like $13. I usually replace my plugs every 4 oil changes. No need to get expensive *** plugs.

The OEMs need to be replaced every 100k miles. So...$49 for 100k miles...or $13 every 12k miles? Which do you think is more cost effective?
www.sparkplugs.com has the OEMs for like $7/plug, IIRC.

I buy the NGK 7s for my stock setup. It's tuned on Hondata and I pulled the head recently (not due to anything but my stupidity) and the pistons had little build up and everything was really clean on the inside)
Then again. I beat the **** out of this motor so I look it over alot.

I still think you're over doing it. I "beat the hell out of" all my cars....including tracking all of them... one with 140k on it. The pistons on your engine would probably have been just as clean with 100k mile spark plug changes. And your engine would probably run just as well with slightly dirty piston tops/combustion chambers. Regular maintenance is really all it takes. But hey, if it works for you, then great.
