Default 95 hatch/D15b7 - IACV causing misfires?

Hey guys, so I have an automatic 95 hatch, with 41,000 origional miles, engine blew last friday (still investigating it) so my boy Danny and I dropped in a new D15B7 engine, it runs great, but is misfiring from 1500-2000 RPM.

The engine has my old intake manifold ( from an auto D16Z6) and D15b7 everything else.

From reading other posts it sounds like this is from my IACV, Im not throwing a CEL, but the idle is really really weird, it will either be near stalling out, or 1500 RPM.

If I just replace my IACV, am I good to go?

Start here^. Also check the ignition timing with a timing gun.

The IACV would not cause your engine to misfire.
