I have no words to describe how happy we are right now on the GRT/RatedR racing team.
Its been a really long effort to get all the way over here and a lot of sweat and tears over this goal
1st when the season stared our goal was go low 9s... Aint gonna say it was easy bc we almost lost the car in spring nats running against blownhatch and even it wass a poor performance that day we won the event...running mid 10's thoug... But as we say in the shop we went back to the drawing board and found out the problem.
Next time out was the xtreme imports on may @ atco we went 9.23@169.6 of the trailer
Next day the race was rained out
Next stop was 1st round NSCRA md. We went 9.33@163 it wass super hot that day...
After. That all went downhill with the car.. Honestly we were lost we couldn't catch no traction at all on any track...
By the end of august we have foud our problem but we cuoldn't get the car better..
By fall nats we thinking"ok this its it let's do it" and testing the night B4 the event we kick a rod out..
We decided that we was going to come back out for wcf!!!
The day !B4 WCF we are ready. For the show, tuned the car. And I told gerald "now we are going 8s I know it... went for a spin on the front street of my shop and foun ou 4th gear was broke on last pull tuning it...
I said my self that's it we done for this season. But gerald didn't wanna let the team down so he did his thing and got the car back running this week..
He went to the track today and I couldn't go with him. He called me and asked me you think we are good? I said hit it don't worry about it. Few hour later results were in
