Crx starts but no idle
I use to be able to go out and start my crx and it would start just fine and than if I let it sit and go out to start it later on that day it would start but as soon as it would go to idle... nothing, it would take a good 5 starts to actually get it to idle. Now I start it and it does the same thing(even cold), I just was on my way home from work and all of a sudden the car lost power, I turned the key and it started right back up. I was wondering if you guys think it's the ignition control module.
Info on the car:
manual
mpfi
d15b6
routinely 25 MPG
new fuel filter, air filter, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires, as well as O2 sensor
I was think it could be possible that the injector/s are stuck open but I'm not sure.
ANY input would be greatly appreciated because this car is my daily driver and I don't have any other car.

I'm lead to believe that injector #2 is stuck open because I pulled the plugs out of each cylinder to check if the plug are wet and when I got to cylinder #2 as soon as I removed the spark plug, there was a very potent smell of fuel and I put my nose up to the spark plug tube and the smell was coming from there and I tied it with the rest of the spark plug tubes and no fuel smell.
Well I converted the injectors over to OBD1 and I have changed the ignitor and the car STILL has the starting problem, and the damn thing throw a CEL twice after I put the new ignitor in. I came across a hose that runs from the intake manifold to the PCV valve pitch shut, like the PCV valve is stuck closed. Could this cause my starting issue?

Idk if this is the whole problem but yes your pcv valve clogged or pinched would cause your mpg to be low... 22mpg is extremely low for any honda much less an ef. I would also switch ecus with a known good ecu and see if this fixes your problem. Also check the dizzy cap and rotor to make sure its secure. These are just the things I can't think of off the top of my head.
