Default J32 Swap Into 2001 Accord V6

Hi everyone. A friend of mine has a J32 of a 1999 TL that he's willing to give me for free so i thought why not just get rid of my J30 and swap the J32. Do i need anything besides what i already have? can i use my stock ECU, wire harness, mounts? The car is automatic but its gona stay automatic. Let me know, looking to do this swap soon.

You are going to have to make some adjustments check out the sensor voltage difference etc., there is no such thing as a straight engine swap.

personally, I wouldn't do it. J32A1 - 220HP. lil bit of a gain.

It should be compatible with your 4-speed and bolt right up. J30A1 ECU could run the J32A1, maybe not at 100% because the maps would be different.

I don't know if the ECU connectors are the same for both engines though. Same for the engine sensors. You may have to use a J32A1 engine harness.
I would compare the ECU plugs and harness connectors for both engines to see if you would need a J32A1 ECU.

How would i go about to get rid of my cel codes due to the j32 swap into my av6. If i got a 03 cl type-s ecu would that get rid of the cel codes? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
