I recently purchased some ground control coilovers for integra, just wondering if anyone know the spring rate is for them? in lbs.. and the spring rate for civic ones.. i just want to know how much stiffer it is than the civic ground controls

 

from what i know ground control comes with custom spring rates, if you didnt pick them i wouldnt know how you could find out.

 

the spec of the eibach springs should be on the spring it self
