Hi, I've noticed that my spark plugs don't look like they meant to.
could that be result of running too rich, I dont have wideband at the moment so I cant read afr

there are also drops of fuel( I think its fuel ) coming out of the exhaust
the car is turboed

The correct phrase is, "running rich".
