Engine: Now in this department it depends how much you want to spend!!!
Option 1: the motor currently on the car, which is a running single cam of a 94 civic SI with only 105K(just put in like 2 days ago) everything working exept V-tech do to no having a v-tech computer (the PRICE for the car: 3,800 or B/O)
option 2: you can get a fully built GSR with turbo kit ( with the car: 7,000 or B/O)
Head: Port polish with a 3angle valve job, dual springs, retainers, valves (pretty much fully built minus the cams wich are GSR cams) and skunk2 I.M
Block: Darton sleeve, bore to 84mm, running 9.1 JE pistons, EAGLE rods and bolts, cosmetic gasket and crank and other stuff are OEM GSR.
Tranny: GSR with LSD and needs synchros
Turbo Kit: 60-1 turbonectics, turbonectics 38m W.G, Greaddy type S BOV, Hybrid big FMI with the aluminun piping, Precision 650 or 680cc injectors, cast iron manifold with dump tube, 3" D.P, P72 with Chrome, and im probably missingg stuff. (car made 450 but we took it down to 430WHP on 93 octane with this kit)
