I bought a hondata intake manifold gasket from them for a d16 it didnt fit properly and now they wont take it back..
I contacted hondata BUT JHPUSA IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER! so im assed out going thru manufacturer MotherFVCKERS
2nd time i dealt with them first was alright but they were a bit rude..
They told me its used even though i test fitted on a manifold thats uninstalled in my garage
also told me to try to sell it on craigslist to get my money back (eric from jhpusa)

I have a gasket that I will sell you for cheap. It is made of baby seal eyes and the toes of malnourished Ethiopians. It may be pricey, but it is one mean mod to put on your car.
I'm never going to order from JHP ever again. I bought lug nuts in July, and they barely got back to me last month saying, "The distributor keeps sending us the wrong color so we kept sending it back. Do you still want your lug nuts?" Uhhh.. fucc no, 3 months and you guys finally tell me now? I want my full refund.
avoid that place. horrible customer service and famous for taking money on parts they don't even have in stock; then not telling you until you call a week or two later wondering where your order is.

I spoke to the supervisor (didnt get his name FACK!) after Eric hesitant to let me speak to him and insisted it wouldnt do any good....
I live appx 20miles away and they want me to drive down so they can 'look at it' to determine if its resellable
Been threre done that....... jhp sucks!!!!!! Better be careful though the rep you talked to might get mad and start sending you threatening pm's lol.
Dealt with them on two occasions, first time I forgot what I ordered, I believe it was something small like sidemarkers or something, waited over a month till I finally decided to contact them about it, they sent them right after I gave em a call.. Second time I figured they'd do better so I placed an order for some shirts.. Same **** waited about two weeks.. Emailed them.. Took forever to reply, saying that they are out of stock so I'd have to wait.. Waited about a month and a half before I got my shirts.. Nothing major or that I absolutely needed, but why take someones money if you don't have **** in stock.. They suck *** in my book and I will never deal with them again and I have already made negative posts about them everywhere... JHP SUCKS!
Dealt with them one time and that was enough for me to never buy parts from them again either. Took them 17 days to ship me a CF spark plug cover. No tracking number ever provided, blah I hate car shops.

long time ago i was gonna buy a motor from them, i emailed the day before asking if they had motors in stock and they told me i can come down and pick one up, the next day i drove up there from san diego and guy behind the counter was a dick and said they didnt have any motors, and pretty much told us to get the **** out. my brother in law is kinda ghetto wanted to go back inside and kick this guy in the head while i was in the car waiting to drive out...lol
i just bought the blox 490 shift **** and a broadway mirror on a friday night (november 12) i believe, he called me on a monday (november 15) saying the blox shift **** was out of stock atm because holiday season was coming up, and an hour or 2 later called back and verified that he got a hold of Blox or something and shipped them both out that following wednesday (november 17), and it arrived at my door monday (november 22)
so yeah, i've had good business with them.
