Default The Complete Restoration and Rebuild of 01-0980

I've decided to close my build thread due to security reasons. the car is pretty much done and will be on the road soon. I wanted to thank everyone with their support, help, suggestions and most of all postive feedback towards everything.

pics will be up in the near future.
thanks again guys

Do you have the option of buying the original swap from the previous owner, or did he decide to keep it?

The steering wheel isn't yellow stitched, just really battered and faded.

More pics of the cage? Doesn't look safe from the pics you provided. Might be able to add to it though.

I agree with Dave, that cage doesn't look safe. Great start for a build though, I look forward to seeing progress.

I agree with you guys. the quailty doesnt look great to me. I would actually prefer to remove the cage completely from the car.

Thanks for all the positive feed back from you guys. you can def. depend on me having alot of pics with every step of the car. but like blue said I have alot of work ahead of me.

thanks again for all the positive feedback from you guys, i really appreciate it

Heres the parts car I picked up last month for a steal of $200 its a 2000 gsr jdm front conversion and it comes with everything I need to get the itr back on the road minus a swap. I have no idea why the car was written off with a CD title becuase all it needs is a radiator support. PS: it didnt come with the si wheels
