I have a 2003 4 door Honda Accord. My moonroof will tilt but it will not open. I saw one other thread about the fuses possibly being blown and a moonroof relay switch. Can anybody give me any advice on what the problem could be and could this possibly be a cheap or expensive fix?

 

check the cheapest part 1st(fuse) and go from there!
